Owner Chef: Junichiro Ise (Jun)
"Raised in Gifu, Japan, surrounded by rich culture and history, Chef Jun developed a deep respect for traditional Japanese cuisine. After moving to the United States, he trained under Iron Chef Morimoto and later served as Executive Chef of a Kaiseki restaurant in Seattle. He now carries on the legacy of Nakagawa.
Chef Jun is dedicated to making authentic Japanese cuisine and culture approachable for everyone - offering a dining experience that is both refined and welcoming."
